Return Policy - Terra Plant Designs

We want you to love your basket. Blank (non-personalized) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition for a full refund; buyer pays return shipping.

Personalized and engraved items are custom-made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, email admin@terraplantdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Shipping is a flat $9.88 within the United States. For any questions, contact admin@terraplantdesigns.com.
